Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you choose to cancel the project midway  through or after the project is complete, 
where ideasand proposals have been submitted, refund of previous payment is not
possible. However, depending on the work completed and overall budget, a
portion of the funds ‘may’ be returned.
In the event of illness or if we are unable to complete the project due to
unforeseen circumstances, equipment failure, or acts of God; a portion of
the overall budget will be returned at the Contractor’s discretion. If the work
so far completed can be used for another designer to pick up, then project
will be sub-contracted within the Baruch Design & Co. Inc. network, based
on work completed or any other reasonable suggestion will be considered.
I reserve the right to suspend any project if a client: demonstrates an
inability to move forward after showing more than a reasonable number of
ideas/concepts and/or shows reluctance in paying the final payment.
Fair notice will be given with fair chance to remedy the situation without
resorting to project suspension or termination. Any suspension or
termination will not result in any refunds.
Refunds (if applicable)
If we fail to provide you with services deemed as complimentary, there will typically be no refunds given on complimentary work. If refund is given, it will be at the discretion of the company.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
